About Celebrate Recovery:

CELEBRATE RECOVERY^®is a Christ-centered, 12 step recovery program based on the Beatitudes found in the Bible.

The basic guidelines of Celebrate Recovery is as follows:

1. Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts, feelings. Please limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.

2. There is NO cross talk please. Cross talk is when two people engage in a dialogue during the meeting. Each person is free to express feelings without interruptions.

3. We are here to support one another. We will not attempt to “fix” another.

4. Anonymity and Confidentiality are basic requirements What’s shared in the group stays in the group. The only exception is when someone threatens to injure themselves or others.

5. Offensive language has no place in a Christ-centered recovery group, including no graphic descriptions.

A refuge
A place of belonging
A place to care for others; be cared for
A place where respect is given to each member
A place where confidentiality is required
A place to learn
A place to grow and become strong again
A place where you can take off your masks
A place for healthy challenges and healthy risks

A place for selfish control!
A place of therapy
A place for secrets
A place to look for dating relationships
A place to rescue or be rescued by others
A place for perfection
A long-term commitment
A place to judge others
A quick fix

Does it cost anything to attend?

There is no cost to attend Celebrate Recovery. An offering will be received on Friday evenings to help cover ministry needs. Workbooks are used in the Step Sudies and are available at the "store" in the Lounge on Friday evenings along with other helpful resources that are optional. Prices for these material range from $5 to $20.00.
