Vicki Duffy, Executive Director

Before Launching Point had an official name, Vicki had been providing self-injury awareness, support, and resources since 2001. In early 2002, Vicki created "The Basics of Self-Injury" brochure to help loved ones understand self-inflicted violentce. On November 4, 2005 Vicki formed the first and only self-injury support group in New Jersey and is now going into its 6th year taking place 4 times monthly.

Vicki overseas overall operations and is responsible for all self-injury awareness, literature, self-injury support groups and self-injury recovery programs at Launching Point.

Lisa Burrell, Inner Healing

Lisa enjoys sharing her journey and working with people that cross her path. Lisa is an ordained minister, co-leader of our Inner Healing group and a facilitator of Celebrate Recovery®. Lisa is certified with ISDM (International Society of Deliverence Ministers) and currently lives in New Jersey with her husband.

Dave Beattie, Men's Group Leader

Dave joined us in 2009 as the men's group facilitator for Celebrate Recovery and also is over the music preparations for meetings. Dave resides in northern New Jersey with his wife and four children.

Joe Greco, Facilitator

Joe has a passion for people to receive inner healing and is a leader in our UnBound inner healing series. Joe currently resides in New Jersey.
